Rush Street Interactive is adding a familiar name among Chicago Bulls fans to its list of Illinois sports betting brand ambassadors.
The operator is teaming up with former forward Joakim Noah, who spent nine seasons with the Bulls, on a content deal. The former Florida Gator will produce weekly videos on all things basketball, as well as commentary pieces and other items, the company announced in a press release.
As part of the deal, Noah will also appear at BetRivers Sportsbook Illinois locations and will create “on the scene” videos with fans.
The New York City native will be featured in a BetRivers marketing campaign going forward and will also help promote the company’s PlaySugarHouse online casino product.
Noah will also use the RSI partnership to promote his Noah’s Arc foundation, which uses sports and art to promote change for kids.
Noah Nappy To Join Betting Brand
The two-time NBA All-Star called the partnership a win-win for all involved, as it allows both sides to serve as exemplars for Chicagoans of all ages.
"Joining with BetRivers to create content for Chicago and beyond is a great way to connect with fans and to spread the word about Noah's Arc Foundation and the positive impact we can have on the city's youth," Noah said in the press release. "I look forward to joining the team to enhance the betting experience while sharing my passion for basketball."
RSI CEO Richard Schwartz said the company is thrilled to have Noah on board, as his personality will be a natural draw for potential customers, both in Chicago and in other markets in which the company operates.
"We are thrilled to have a former Chicago Bull join our BetRivers family," Schwartz said in the press release. "Joakim Noah will bring his love, passion, and knowledge of basketball to help create a more engaging betting experience for our players."
Currently at BetRivers, the Bulls are tied for 10th in NBA betting championship odds at +3000.
