PointsBet Sportsbook and NBC Sports Chicago announced Wednesday an expanded collaboration of BetCast presentations including live odds data, betting commentary and special features starting tonight as the Chicago Bulls (2-2) square off against their Central Division rival Indiana Pacers (1-3) at 8 p.m. ET.
Both companies started offering Illinois sports betting experiences as a one-game presentation on April 22, 2021, as the Bulls upended Charlotte, 108-91 as Nikola Vucevic scored 18 points and grabbed 16 rebounds and Thaddeus Young added 18 points in the victory.
NBC Sports Chicago and NBC Sports Philadelphia partnered with PointsBet on the first dual-market sports-betting telecast, covering the Bulls at Philadelphia back on March 7 as Joel Embiid scored 43 points with 14 rebounds to lead Philadelphia to a 121-106 win.
BetCast coverage will deliver on-screen live odds data powered by PointsBet Sportsbook Illinois including point spread, over/unders and live, moving money lines, along with futures odds and player props.
Coverage will also include alternate announcers, who will provide sports-betting commentary and analysis throughout the game. Tonightâs broadcasters are NBC Sports Chicago host David Kaplan, analyst Kendall Hill and Jay Croucher, the lead betting analyst for NBC Sports, who previously served as head oddsmaker for PointsBet.
